    NOTE: Prices mentioned are for Serviceable pin codes. It may vary for ODA- A,B,C accordingly. Or if Your Location is not in serviceable, the order may be canceled in that condition. 

    Shipping rates if included are displayed with products are only applicable for serviceable areas of our Shipping Partners.

     

     

     

    PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

     

    We accept the following forms/mode of payment:

    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method and credentials, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. GST will be added/applied to the price of purchases as deemed required by us/Govt. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Indian Rupee (INR) only.

     

    You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even after if we have already requested or received payment.

     

    We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.


    All the payment of goods should be made in advance.


    Ordered Product/Products will only be dispatched once the full amount is received.


    Production will only begin once at least 50% advance payment is received for that specific product.


    In the case of customized orders, Production will only begin once at least 70% advance payment is received for that specific product.


    If the product is ready to dispatch then the remaining payment must be made within 45 days otherwise Indu Appliances Corporation of India will reserve the right to forfeit all the advance payments made for that products and the company will be free to use or sell the said product to another customer.


    Why not Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD)?

    In the view of Covid-19, we want our delivery partners and our customers to stay safe, we promote social distancing which will only be possible if we opt for cashless payment methods. The RBI's advice to the public to minimise the use of currency and opt for digital banking has also influenced this decision. The COD payment method is "Temporarily suspended'' from the list of payment methods we accept for shopping on our website. Customers can currently pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other online payment options.



    OPTIONAL TOOLS

    We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

    You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.     SHIPPING  POLICY

    • The product prices listed on the website are inclusive of shipping, packaging, and handling for the Indian Geographic location only.
    • For customers outside India, additional charges inclusive of but not limited to(Shipping, Duties, Levies) would be applicable as realized on a case by case basis payable by the customer.
    • If the Customers geographic area is not serviceable by our delivery partners the order can be canceled by the seller.
    • If the Shipping address is ODA(Outside of Delivery Area) for our shipping partners and the Shipping partner is willing to deliver the products with an additional charge such a charge will have to be borne by the customer.
    • Due to the lockdown and restrictions in movement, deliveries might be delayed.
    • Delivery will be made on the doorstep of ground floor.
